About the project

Lendor is an exclusive hotel group with a select number of locations. In an industry where attentive service, amenities, and a graphic language have become increasingly standardized, the opportunity was to give guests something more distinctive to hold onto, while creating an identity capable of remaining coherent across locations as the group grows.

The design began with a strategic foundation, reframing Lendor as one entity guests move through. From that premise, the identity was built around a single narrative: every destination operates as a territory within one sovereign state. This allows the system to eventually extend across new hotels without fragmenting the whole.

That idea takes shape through two systems. Externally, the brandmark functions as a civic emblem, representing the status, distinction, and sense of place it creates for every guest. It is carried by a color palette that balances deep institutional tones with warm ambient hues, and a sensory photography style built around one promise: "Arrive as a visitor, leave as a citizen." Internally, the concept becomes tangible through a series of collectible items: passports, stamps, a brand constitution, custom flags, an anthem, commemorative currency, publications, and fine stationery, each recasting everyday in-room touchpoints into objects guests can keep. In doing so, the brand creates lasting value rather than additional operational burden. These items encourage repeat visits and guest lifetime value without adding friction to the experience.

Finally, a sculpted civic serif paired with a clean sans serif carries institutional prestige across print and digital platforms, completing a system designed built to feel native to locals and visitors alike.
